After more than 30 years working in the financial services sector, running family business advisory firms, and a specialist Wills and Trusts business, Katy has developed a love for working with clients and their families, to help them navigate Estate Planning challenges.

"Most of my clients are either approaching retirement or have retired, and there are so many financial planning considerations and decisions to make during this period". Katy has concentrated on providing Estate Planning advice over the last 10 years, and her warm family orientated outlook is ideally suited to spending time with clients, and their families, to put together solutions that protect assets for future generations, and help to minimise taxation.

Katy is a keen supporter of personal self-development and has been a client of Strategic Coach, who provide a programme for Coaching for entrepreneurs, for the last 14 years. "Strategic Coach helps to me keep on track and develop better ways to deliver top quality solutions and services to my clients". Katy also supports international organisation for financial services professionals, MDRT, and has been a volunteer member of various committees over the last 14 years. "MDRT gives me the opportunity to mix with advisers from around the globe, to share ideas about our businesses and delivering exceptional advice and services to our clients". Katy and the businesses are keen supporters of various charitable organisations including the MDRT Foundation, and local charities DENS, The Pepper Foundation and The Hospice of St Francis.

In her spare time, Katy enjoys spending time on the golf course, and following football and Formula 1. She loves travelling, especially to Mallorca where she and her husband spend part of the year. She is Mum to a 23 year old son and three dogs who she enjoys walking locally.

Tracey has spent over 25 years working in the Financial Services profession. The majority of this time has been working alongside Katy so we get on really well and have a good understanding of what is needed to help and support clients. Tracey really enjoys being part of our clients journey to achieve their goals for the best outcome for them and their loved ones.

With a friendly, professional and approachable manner it is a pleasure for Tracey to maintain regular contact with our clients especially at the time when new arrangements are being put in place. Tracey's knowledge and experience means she is able to help clients with any queries they may raise and has a reputation for making sure any questions or concerns are acted upon promptly and clients get updated regularly.

Family and friends are at the centre of Tracey's life with socialising being a high priority in her free time. With a daughter at primary school her social calendar already has an impact! Living in a village gives easy access to the countryside to walk through the fields and then return home to enjoy some time cooking. Being a firm believer that life is what you make it the days can be busy!

Ian has over 30 years experience working in financial services and wealth management and has undertaken a variety of different roles which has given him the knowledge and understanding to help manage all aspects of our business. This includes our marketing, client communications, use of technology, the creation and maintenance of our investment proposition, the management of our outsourced relationships and guidance on our strategic direction. Ian has a hands on approach within the business to ensure things get done and he enjoys rolling his sleeves up and making things happen.

As a Practitioner member of the Institute of Customer Service Ian at his own admission, has an obsession with providing the best possible client service and always tries to see things from a client's perspective. Ian has worked with both Katy and Tracey in the past so the opportunity to join up with them again was too good to miss so he is delighted to be a part of this new and exciting business.

Outside of work Ian's main interests involve spending time of the golf course trying to maintain his 18 handicap, working out in the gym (at least pretending to!) and riding his bike along the cycle routes of Bath where he lives. He also has a toy cockapoo dog who he spends many hours walking with. Ian also enjoys spending time in Spain and all things Spanish especially the cuisine and vino tinto. Ian is married with 3 grown up children and describes himself as an out and out family man first and foremost.
